FotoFun ("the App") is a face-decoration camera application developed by Masanori Tomizawa.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

• The App does not require an account or registration.
• The developer collects no analytics or usage data.
• The App does not contain advertisements.
• The App makes no network requests of its own. Your photos, the camera image, and everything the App detects in it never leave your device. One narrow exception, concerning the face-detection library, is described below.

Camera and face detection

• The camera is used only to show a live preview and to take photos when you press the shutter.
• Face detection runs entirely on your device. It locates the position of eyes in the current frame so that decorations can be placed correctly.
• No face data, face image, biometric template, or identifier is created, stored, or transmitted. The detection result exists only in memory for the moment it is used to draw a decoration, and is discarded with the frame.
• The App does not recognise or identify individuals. It cannot tell one person from another.
• Camera frames are never saved anywhere except as the photos you deliberately capture.

Diagnostic data sent by the face-detection library

Face detection is provided by Google ML Kit. The detection model is bundled inside the App, so nothing is downloaded and detection works with no network connection at all.

The ML Kit library does, however, send diagnostic information about itself to Google: a device identifier, performance measurements such as how long detection took, error reports, and counts of which library features were used. Google documents this in the library's privacy manifest. It happens inside the library. The developer of this App does not request, receive, or have access to any of it, and Google offers no setting to turn it off.

What that data is not: it contains no photograph, no camera image, no face data, and nothing that identifies you as a person. Google declares that it is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising — which is why the App never shows a tracking permission prompt.

If you would rather avoid this altogether, you can use the App in Airplane Mode. Face detection, decoration, capture, and saving all work normally without a network connection.

Photos

• Photos you capture are saved to your device's photo library (and to a "FotoFun" album on iOS). They stay on your device. The App never uploads them.
• Photo library access is used to show your FotoFun photos inside the App and to save new ones.
• Sharing a photo uses the operating system's standard share sheet. What happens after you hand a photo to another app is governed by that app's own privacy policy.

Settings stored on your device

Selected decorations, message text and its recent history, button layout, date-stamp on/off, flash mode, and camera facing are stored only on your device, and are removed when you delete the App.

If this policy changes in a future version (for example, if advertisements are introduced), this page will be updated before that version is released.

カメラと顔検出について

• カメラは、ライブプレビューの表示と、シャッターを押したときの撮影にのみ使用します。
• 顔検出はすべて端末内で完結します。目の位置を求めて装飾を正しい場所に 重ねるためだけに使用します。
• 顔のデータ・顔画像・生体情報・識別子の類を作成、保存、送信することは一切ありません。 検出結果は装飾を描画する瞬間だけメモリ上に存在し、その映像フレームとともに破棄されます。
• 本アプリは個人を認識・特定しません。人物の見分けはできません。
• カメラの映像は、利用者が意図して撮影した写真を除き、どこにも保存されません。

顔検出ライブラリが送信する診断情報について

顔検出には Google ML Kit を使用しています。検出モデルは本アプリに同梱されているため、 ダウンロードは発生せず、ネットワークに接続していなくても顔検出は動作します。

ただし ML Kit ライブラリは、ライブラリ自身についての診断情報を Google へ送信します。 具体的には、端末の識別子、検出にかかった時間などの性能情報、エラー情報、および ライブラリのどの機能が何回使われたかといった統計です。これは Google がライブラリの プライバシーマニフェストで公表している内容です。送信はライブラリの内部で行われ、 本アプリの開発者がこれを要求することも、受け取ることも、参照することもできません。 また Google は、これを停止するための設定を提供していません。

この情報に含まれないもの: 写真、カメラの映像、顔のデータ、および 利用者個人を特定しうる情報。Google は、この情報が利用者の身元と紐づけられることはなく、 トラッキングや広告にも使用しないと宣言しています。本アプリがトラッキング許可の ダイアログを表示しないのはこのためです。

これも避けたい場合は、機内モードのままご利用いただけます。 顔検出も、デコの合成も、撮影も、保存も、ネットワークに接続せずに通常どおり動作します。

写真について

• 撮影した写真は端末の写真ライブラリ（iOS では「FotoFun」アルバムにも）保存されます。 写真は端末内にとどまり、本アプリがアップロードすることはありません。
• 写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、アプリ内で撮影済みの写真を表示することと、新しい写真を 保存することにのみ使用します。
• 写真の共有には OS 標準の共有シートを使用します。他のアプリに写真を渡したあとの取り扱いは、 そのアプリのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

端末内に保存される設定

選択中のパーツ、メッセージの文言とその履歴、ボタンの左右配置、日付スタンプの有無、 フラッシュの設定、使用中のカメラ（前面／背面）は端末内にのみ保存され、アプリを削除すると 消去されます。

将来のバージョンで本ポリシーに変更が生じる場合（例: 広告の導入）、そのバージョンの公開前に 本ページを更新します。
