Before You Use Sonic Shooter

Sonic Shooter is free and is provided on an "as is" basis. The developer does not warrant that the app will suit any particular purpose, run without interruption, or be free of defects.

Except where the developer has acted intentionally or with gross negligence, the developer is not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or damages arising from special circumstances in connection with your use of the app.

Using the app safely

The app is operated by moving your device. Hold it firmly and play where there is nothing and no one within reach. A device that slips out of your hand can be damaged and can injure someone.
Sound plays even when the silent switch is on. That is deliberate: making sound is what the app is for. In public places, turn the volume down or set the device volume to zero.
Do not turn the volume up high, and do not hold the device close to your ear.
If a child is playing, an adult should keep an eye on the space around them.

Apps obtained from the App Store are also covered by Apple's standard licence agreement.
